My husband and I would recommend John to anyone purchasing a home in this area. His knowledge of Ladysmith and surrounding area was really helpful in our final decision. All of our calls, texts, and emails (and there were many!) were answered in a timely manner, and were never meant to feel like we asked too many questions. When purchasing a home long distance its great to have someone you can trust to handle things when you cant be present yourself. Once the sale was final and we were all moved in, and not yet knowing anyone in the area I needed a personal favour with regards to our child, and John helped us out with that as well, for which we are really grateful. He still keeps in touch, checking on how we are doing. The sale was in August and we still hear from him and it is now November. A reliable realtor and a truly nice person.
